EXPANSION

The homeowners of this beautiful historic home in downtown Newburyport sought to expand their home’s footprint to gain their dream kitchen and master bedroom. By reworking a portion of their existing kitchen, we were able to achieve a better layout for daily kitchen use and entertaining. Finish updates included new flooring, countertops, backsplash, lighting, as well as a center island and furniture updates. Upstairs the second-floor addition expanded the existing master bedroom into a suite worthy of a hotel weekend escape, complete with an added master bath.
